Remote Coaching – First 3 Months


Includes: Personalized workout programming, nutritional guidance, an e-book on macro tracking, video analysis of lifts, data collection, weekly check-in minimum requirement, 30 min. weekly phone call, and plenty of communication via text, phone/Facetime, email.


I understand the need and desire for coaching but having a schedule that makes 1:1 training difficult.
Perhaps you live out of town but would like personal programming, attention and a relationship with a coach. Remote coaching is ideal for these situations as well as clients who prefer guidance without 1:1 training.
