12 Week Strength Program


A program for those who want to increase their squat, deadlift and bench press.


These 12 weeks will follow a progressive overload, linear style periodization. 

It is assumed that those who are best suited for this program have a firm grasp on the squat, deadlift and bench press.

Accessory work is programmed to aid in the main lifts. 

The goal is to stick to prescribed numbers and not overreach until testing day at the end of 12 weeks.

My YouTube Channel will be a source of feedback and information for you through this.  Please check it out from time to time or if you’re unsure about a particular lift. 

I am offering video analysis on lifts during your program, free of charge (typically, I charge $350/mo and $50/hr for video/phone consults).  But I want you to do well, and do things right.
