12 week SBD Hypertrophy + Strength Program



A high volume program, with squat/bench/deadlift focus.

The goals are to increase endurance/stamina under load, increase Squat, Bench and Deadlift numbers. Sub-maximal progressive overload over a 12 week period.

Equipment you will need:

  • Squat Rack w/ Bar
  • Bench Press
  • Bands of varying poundage.
  • Dumbbells
  • Cable with varying handles/attachments

This will be 12 weeks of programming. You will not test maxes until the 12 weeks is up.
