B.S. Exercise Science

Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist, NSCA

10+ Years of professional experience in Strength & Conditioning

I have been there. I’ve been ‘in shape’, ‘out of shape’, mind fucked, strong-willed and stubborn in my goals. I’ve had no balance in my life, I’ve had immense balance and been happy and unhappy in both scenarios. I’ve experimented, done things the hard way, inefficient way and the opposite. I know now what works and what doesn’t. And I can help you find what works for you. Physiology is easy. Psychology is not always so. Finding the balance, it’s a process. One I’d like to help you with.

Whether you're a weekend warrior, rehabbing an injury, wanting to compete in any number of sports, or wanting to look better naked...  You can. You will.

There is no one way to exercise, lift, or get to your goals.  Don't submit to the bullshit lies the fitness and health industries are spewing at you.  There are better ways, you just have to trust the process and be willing to start.

I am grounded in scientific, researched and proven methods.  We are not babysitters, magicians or here to waste your money.  We take on few clients, so we have time to devote to each and their goals because everyone is different and should be approached individually.

Karly is literally a blessing in my life.  I started out with her, with a lot of negative thoughts about eating, my body image and over all just self esteem.  In just a short couple of months, I have grown significantly with her help.  She is constantly there for me. Without her being straight up and honest with me, I feel like I wouldn’t have made the progress I have.  When it comes to my strength training, she lays it out perfectly. She answers my million questions and also will help me with cues and work on making sure I have the correct posture. Without her, I wouldn’t be where I am today.  I am beyond grateful.

Karly is a 100% game changer.  I’ve been working with Karly 3 days a week for almost a year and have lost over 25 lbs.  I’ve never felt stronger and with more energy in my life.  Being overweight and out of shape I felt too intimidated to to go a gym, I didn’t know where to start or how to workout. Karly changed everything for me, she’s an educator, a trainer and a therapist all in one. Karly is patient, funny, kind and makes me want to do better every time I see her. I am beyond grateful to have her in my life. No matter what fitness level you are at, she will take you higher. She’s a game changer.
